We’ve lived the challenges of medical device sales, distribution, and surgical logistics. Since 2024, we’ve been building Nosys to make the surgical day more efficient for the people behind it.
Co-Founder
Seth brings 14 years of experience in orthopedic device sales. After representing two major manufacturers, he founded his own distributorship in 2020.
His firsthand experience with case booking, warehouse management, invoicing, and sales tracking shaped his vision for a more efficient platform for representatives and their managers.

Thiago brings more than a decade of medical device experience spanning large joint reconstruction, sports medicine, surgical power, and AED technologies.
He combines clinical understanding with an entrepreneurial approach, connecting practical technology with the needs of surgeons and healthcare organizations. He is also a proud father of three teenagers.

Sara spent nearly 20 years with two leading medical device companies before co-founding Nosys. Her experience spans sales team leadership, instrument and implant distribution, and hospital contracts.
